In 1989, developers Campbell-Hogue & Associates and Shelter Resources,
Inc. teamed up with government agencies and community organizations to
build four independent living facilities which provided meals, light
housekeeping and activities to income challenged seniors in rural
communities. After an unsuccessful search to locate a management company
with the expertise, caring and commitment to high standards.
Legacy Management Group was established.
Legacy focused on Senior Independent Living, Senior Assisted Living, Dementia Care and Senior Apartments in Washington, Oregon, Utah and Arizona until 2005. Legacy's success resulted in many requests for residential management services. After putting a team of seasoned professionals together, Legacy launched its Residential Division and immediately expanded to Alaska, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado.
Legacy performs fee management services and has decades of experience managing senior care, tax credit, subsidized, and conventional developments. The company is known for responsive service, understanding of complex government regulations and commitment to partnerships with residents, community organizations and the public sector.
