Compliance
 Each of our Compliance Specialists is knowledgeable in Tax Credit, HUD, RD and tandem communities to ensure consistency throughout our portfolio. Special needs set-asides and HOME program regulations and requirements are met. Income limits and utility allowances are monitored for changes. Our team of Compliance Specialists are certified in HUD, Rural Development and Tax Credit programs. We work closely with owners, funders and site staff to review and qualify each new resident to make sure the property remains in compliance with program regulations. Additionally, each household receives an annual compliance review.
