If you operate a building where compliance with governmental regulations is a necessity, we have an enviable track record working with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), USDA Rural Housing Services, monitoring agencies and HUD. We carefully review and qualify each new resident in accordance with regulations as applicable. Compliance is a key area in which we can assure developers and owners of affordable properties that only qualified individuals become residents. Our compliance department meticulously examines the financial qualifications of every applicant and conducts an annual review of all tenants. Our department also monitors the ever-changing regulatory environment and is responsible for reporting to state agencies overseeing the I.R.S. Section 42 tax credit compliance program, the Rural Developement program, investors, owners, and others as appropriate to each development.
